Alfonzo Rachel

I want to share with you someone that I found during the 2008 election, someone I found particularly refreshing.  It's not just his conservative, Christian message that I enjoy so much, but his reasonable and yet solidly conservative views.  He is neither an unhinged fanatic nor an unprincipled conservative ready to appease liberals for the sake of political success.  The fact that he's also black and a great example of a black conservative is just a bonus.  His bio from his site:

Macho Sauce Productions was founded by AlfonZo Rachel. Rachel, born on Grissom AFB Indiana, has been in SoCal since diaperhood. Another kid whose mother raised him alone, lived in hard spots such as Delman Heights in San Bernardino, Rachel’s mom wanted to get him out of the hood, and the hood out of him. So, they moved into a low income housing area just outside of Palm Springs.

Rachel also has three older sisters who during those times more often stayed with other family members. The move was a culture shock for Rachel, as he was now going to school surrounded by privileged rich white kids. Rachel kept a chip on his shoulder, and didn’t try to fit in. Instead, he immersed himself in music, and psychotropic drugs. This formula cost Rachel his graduation. It was a sobering failure, and Rachel stopped using drugs. Rachel’s pursuit of music led him to Venice Beach. There he wandered through Ghost town trying to keep the music together, and floated through Hollywood, still falling short of his musical aspirations.

Rachel came back to the Palm Springs area to continue his martial arts training and education. He made a new flame out of an old one, married her, and opened his own martial arts school. The school left them broke after two years and he closed it down. Realizing that he used his gifts for his own satisfaction, Rachel now uses his talents to satisfy the Giver. He takes this as the wisest decision he's ever made.

Rachel is presently with PAJAMAS MEDIA / PJTV, where he does rapid fire right wing rants in a show called ZoNation.

You can find his PJTV work here.

Here are just some his videos that I've enjoyed:

Before I found Alfonzo I had stated my belief that conservatism needed to steal a page out of the liberal playbook and spread their message through humor and pop culture (without cheapening or compromising it).   Alfonzo not only pulls this off, but he does it in a way that is genuine and not forced or artificial.  The jokes mix with his common sense conservatism well, and help emphasize his message while at the same time making it more enjoyable.  Of course he's not alone in this respect, Steven Crowder is another person who fits into this category so look him up too if you're interested.

Alfonzo was one of the reasons I made this site.  Not long before its creation I watched one of his videos in which he went over the hate mail he had received from liberals.  The mail, as one could expect, was filled with racist and hateful suggestions, all of which emphasized the point that liberal whites have a habit of looking at blacks only as equals if they fall in line.  The video has since been removed, but it was an excellent example of the left's vitriol toward free thinking blacks.

If you enjoyed Alfonzo's videos I suggest looking him up on youtube.  He's done quite a bit of work and it's all enjoyable.

  5. The argument of those who oppose Mr. Rachel don't make sense because the principles he espouses don't belong to any particular ethnic group or political party. If that were the case, all "whites" would hold the same beliefs. These principles came from God who freely gave them to all of His creation.

  8. Zo is a joke, he is only interested in discussing racism when it benefits the party he supports…but then he gets upset when someone calls him bad names and suggests he's carrying water for Republicans. He thinks blacks should support the party that disparages the poor, women, and gays and is against better health care and even food safety standards. This is a group that barely believes in public education. Gee, the Tea party was successful in Texas in changing history books... because the Slave trade never happened, now it's the Atlantic Triangular Trade... why don't Zo talk about that? this guy is a sell out.

    1. History has been changed by liberals not the right. Liberal education has trained whites and men to feel guilty, while maintaining blacks and women are relentless victims of relentless racism/sexism, everywhere, everyday, and they deserve special treatment.

The participation, even the creation of the slave trade has been erased and changed to form the "evil whites" narrative, and put the responsibility on whites alone. Whites/Europeans were a factor that could not have happened without the start from Africans. With all trade/business, there must be 2 things: supply and demand - without one, there could not be the other. Africa had the supply, others had the demand. When others denied the demand, Africa tried to maintain it, because it made them rich.
Talk about history being hidden and changed... What about White slavery and servitude has been erased. The northern invasion has been deleted and changed to make them appear as if they were fighting for slave liberation. The north invaded the south, just as jihadists invade Christian areas. The bad ones are the invaders. The north invaded the south for money and power. They are the liberals of the past. They came in to the homes of white, black, natives, etc, and raped the women, killed the men, and often set the homes/cabins on fire with the women and children still inside. They would rape southern black women in front of their white friends as punishment! How is that fighting for black people?

You are so ignorantly naive. You've been lied to, and you spread the lie. You are what's wrong with our country. You are the race traitor.

Its called The triangular trade, because it is what it was. Its a better understanding of all The trade involved...

Triangular Trade - The Slave Trade
Slavery had existed in Africa since ancient times. Enslaved Africans became part of the international trade network of the period used extensively by the Spanish and the Portuguese in the Americas. The English became involved with the Slave Trade and the pattern of Triangular Trade across the Atlantic was formed. Sir John Hawkins is often considered to be the pioneer of the British slave trade, because he was the first to run the Triangular trade route across the Atlantic, making a profit at every stop.

Leg 1: Ships from England would go to Africa carrying iron products, cloth, trinkets and beads, guns and ammunition. The ships traded these goods for slaves, gold and spices (pepper)
Leg 2: Ships from Africa would go to the American Colonies via the route known as the 'Middle Passage'. The slaves were exchanged for goods from the Americas, destined for the Slave Plantations
Leg 3: Ships from the Americas would then take raw materials back to England. The English would use the raw materials to make 'finished goods'
And the same process would start all over again

  9. talks big and broad. wanders way off point and talks out of both sides of his mouth but, he does it loud and with conviction so the easily led follow. wasn't there a guy in germany like that? spoke loud and with conviction? what a douche you are and who's paying you to sell your soul>? Koch industries?. Uncle tom, you are. When you start talking specifics and policy then maybe I'll reconsider but, don't see that paying as well as the crap you're spewing now. And Christian? when did Christ ever speak or act as you do and as you promote? Just like the terrorists hiding behind the name of a religion, so do you.

    1. Anon- that's the thing....."he does it loud and with conviction so the easily led follow". similar to several entertainment personalities and politicians who identify GOP/Conservative, Zo's "performance" entertains while his words and policy positions are often overlooked, unless they are the correct buzz words and phrases. i say this w/ no disrespect toward his religious views, as i, too, am a Christian, but w/ regard to his opinions as they relate to public policy. truism: ALL of us practicing Christians know that to live truly by the Word would practically mean a Theocratic gov't, but that is the VERY thing upon which this country was formed to avoid. formed that each person could worship or NOT worship as they so choose and not have gov't policy interfere in that choice, EVEN tho' we Christians believe that Christ is the one true way of life. of course, the problem is that in our Civil society, everyone does not practice Judeo-Christianity ;)

  10. Zo could've been killed by a cop when he had that chip on his shoulder so he learned to survive by kissing some serious white ass! He's a media whore with no answers and nothing constructive to add to the conversation of race in the USA. Just likes adding more fuel to the fire and justifying racism. This dude has problems, deep ones.

  14. I have a love/hate relationship with this guy. On one hand I think his ideas are refreshing (coming from a black man), because there is a lack of diversity in the black point of view. He adds some color ( no pun intended) to the conversation. What I dislike is his constant attempts to shift the responsibility of change from the culprit to the victim. His opinion of blacks sound alot like "If women don't want to be raped they shouldn't dress like sluts.....her miniskirt contributed to why she was raped". He constantly uses black on black crime as a justification for police brutality. Clearly we hold police officers to a different standard, so that argument is stupid to say the least. Also race on race crime is pretty consistent across the board. But overall Im interested to see where his forward thinking attitude lands him in the near future.
